08:30 Opening and evaluation of participants’ basic knowledge / Introduction to basic physiology of prosthetic speech
09.45 Hands-on session, practicing voice prosthesis replacement and use of accessories

11:00 Speech therapy introduction and patient demonstration, olfaction rehabilitation and patient demonstration

12:30 Lunch

13.30 Surgical techniques and refinements
14.30-16.30 Cadaver dissection demonstration of total laryngectomy and the surgical refinements optimizing vocal and pulmonary rehabilitation
