Mumbai was the first stop on GPR Academy's global tour. The course was held at Tata Memorial Hospital February 4 - 5 2009. It turned out to be a very successful event!
One of the lecturers was the Dutch professor and co-founder of the Academy, Frans Hilgers. Other lecturers were attending doctors from the hosting Tata Memorial Hospital. Sessions focused on theory were mixed with practical sessions that included replacement of Provox voice prostheses in a number of patients. Due to the large interest the number of participants was increased to 28 from the original limit of 25, but still there were applicants who had to be turned down. To ensure your spot on the next available course please make sure to send your application as soon as possible!
